These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between Lace Home Decor LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”, “your”) for the sale of home décor accessories and related products through our online store.
By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing any order.
I. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Lace Home Decor specializes in ready-to-ship home accessories such as vases, sculptures, lighting, and decorative pieces.
We may also offer made-to-order products that follow standard manufacturer designs but are produced after purchase.
No fully custom designs (unique specifications or measurements) are accepted.
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy, but minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to materials or display settings.
II. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
• Full payment (100%) is required at the time of purchase.
• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
• Shipping or delivery scheduling occurs only after full payment has been received.
III. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND PICKUP
Shipping (via UPS)
• Lace Home Decor ships orders primarily through UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery across the United States.
• Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
• Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been processed and shipped.
• Lace Home Decor is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or any circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
• Please verify your shipping address carefully—incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional delivery fees charged by UPS.
Local Delivery
• Local delivery is available within select areas of Florida and applies only to ground-level or accessible locations.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order ships or leaves our warehouse.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to Lace Home Decor due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for:
• A new shipping fee for re-delivery, and
• Any return shipping costs incurred by UPS.
IV. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In-Stock Products
• Orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Returns due to refusal of delivery are also subject to restocking and shipping charges.
Made-to-Order Products
• All made-to-order sales are final. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once production starts.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10 business days, minus applicable fees. Credit card refunds incur a 3.5% processing fee.
V. PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products are inspected before shipment. Lace Home Decor offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on eligible items.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear or natural variations in color or finish,
• Damage from improper installation, use, or cleaning,
• Any third-party transportation or installation damage.
Made-to-order products are not covered under warranty unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lace Home Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, resulting from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product in question.
VII. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
VIII. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the “last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes implies acceptance.
